All-Access Saturday

NEW in 2025: Get unlimited all-day access to your choice of Saturday sessions for just one registration fee. The All-Access Saturday pass gives you the freedom to move around to various discussions/presentations you are interested in and build your own individual schedule for the day.

Hosted the day before the 2025 Annual Meeting, All-Access Saturday sessions will be held in-person May 3 at the Calvin L. Rampton Salt Palace Convention Center (90 South West Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101).

With your All-Access Saturday pass, you can attend any presentations of your choice within any of the following sessions:

8am – 3pm MT

• Education Sessions
  • Bench to Bedside — Translational product innovation

8am – 4:30pm MT

• Imaging in the Eye — Poster and paper sessions discussing new techniques and applications for imaging in vision research

• Education Sessions
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) for ophthalmic research
  • New era of uveitis: Embracing modern technology

1 - 5pm MT

• Education Sessions
  • Regenerative medicine: Preserving, regenerating and replacing retinal cells

3:30 – 5pm MT

• Eye Pitch — Selected ARVO members will pitch proposals for innovative products (e.g., treatments, drugs, devices) within the ophthalmic field to a judging panel of experts. Winners are awarded great cash prizes and first place also receives a fantastic opportunity for product investment.
