ARVO's Got Talent Entry Form

To enter the 2025 ARVO's Got Talent contest:

• Read the contest rules
• Upload your video (please include your full name in the filename)
• Complete and submit the entry form below

Contest rules

• Submit video and entry form by March 31
• Videos must be 3 minutes max.
• Use mp4 video format; file size limit is 5GB
• A video title is required
• Video content must be family friendly
• You can submit your video individually or as a group*
• ARVO has full rights to use or not use video as we see fit. Video may be used on the Annual Meeting virtual platform site, during ARVO events or in ARVO marketing.
• You will need to check the video release consent indidcated below as part of your submission

*Groups can be as large as you like, but only a max. of 3 individuals can be listed on the entry form. If your video is selected as a winner, each person named on the form will receive the prize.
