2024 Guidelines

• Video submissions accepted up to March 31
• Videos must be 3 minutes or less (include a catchy title!)
• Content must be family friendly
• You can submit your video individually or as a group*
• You will need to check the provided video release as part of your submission

*Groups can be as large as you like, but only a max. of 3 individuals can be listed on the entry form. If your video is selected as a winner, each person named on the form will receive the prize.

Prizes*

• Grand prize — free registration for 2025 Annual Meeting (Salt Lake City, Utah)
• Second place — ticket to 2025 WEAVR Luncheon
• Third place — ticket to 2025 Sunday Social

Colleagues, family, friends and fans vote for their favorite.

* Note: prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted.
